Central Park is where so much of the Mountain House action happens. Here in the heart of our community, find ball fields, tennis, basketball, a splash pad, bocce ball, playgrounds and picnics, plus lots of fresh air. We get together for bi-monthly softball games, Little League and tennis tournaments. Make new friends at the Kite Festival, sporting events and other cultural celebrations that take place on the event lawn. Interested in soccer, tennis, softball, or flag football? Join the club. This is probably where you’ll meet up.
This is a great place to relax with a good book. It's also where the kids head after school—thanks to Altamont Park’s five acres of open space for racing and chasing, a baseball diamond for organized or impromptu games, and lots of kids’ play areas. Game on!
Fit for almost any game under the sun, Bethany Park invites you to grab a Frisbee, the kids, the kites and the dog for an impromptu race across its green spaces. Batter up at the baseball diamond field. Give the family a place to climb, crawl, and jump around in the children’s play areas. Meanwhile, Bethany Pocket Park is an easy getaway with playgrounds and open space for lounging at the corner of Vicinidad St. and Fauna Ave.
Unwind or compete across five acres of open space dedicated to sports, BBQs, picnics, family quality time, and neighborhood get-togethers. The kids will stay entertained with play areas designed just for them. A baseball diamond crowns this park, along with a basketball and bocce ball court, and a regulation-size soccer field.
