July 2015 Events In and Around Mountain House

Happy 4th of July! Don’t miss the Mountain House 10th Annual 4th of July Celebration, and then afterward head over to Tracy or Livermore for more fun and fireworks. This month you can also enjoy outdoor music and movie events in downtown Tracy, as well as Mountain House’s first Music in the Park of the summer and Mountain House’s first ever Shakespeare in the Park. You’ll find food, entertainment, and fun for the whole family at Brentwood’s Harvest Time Festival. And make sure you get tickets to see The King and I at the Bankhead Theater. Downtown Pleasanton’s 1st Wednesday Street Party will be from 6 pm to 9 pm. In addition to downtown’s shops and restaurants, there will be several vendors, live music, and an ArtBlock. For more information, visit pleasantondowntown.net.

July 4: Mountain House 10th Annual 4th of July Celebration
It is time for our annual 4th of July Celebration. Please join us along Central Parkway for the parade, sponsored by MHVillages.com. The Parade starts at 10 am and goes down Central Parkway from Mustang past Main Street and ends at Central Park. Then the celebration moves into Central Park. Along with the activities for the kids, we will have the band Lumberyard on stage from 1 – 3 pm. The Mother’s Club is working on doing the Pie Bake Off as they have done in the past, and of course there are lots of vendors and food for all to enjoy. It is a fun day for everyone! July 4: Tracy’s 4th of July Celebration 2015Postcard
Enjoy free events at Lincoln Park including a hot air balloon launch and breakfast at 6 am, a parade at 10 am, and vendor booths, carnival rides, and music from 10 am to 6 pm. July 4: Livermore 4th of July Red, White & Boom Fireworks & Block Party

July 11: Mountain House Shakespeare in the Park
Join the Mountain House CSD along with the Mountain House Actors Guild for the first production of Shakespeare in the Park. We are excited to bring to you the production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Along with our growing, talented community we are very delighted to make this production a success and would be thrilled to have you accompany in the fun at 5 pm in Central Park. July 18: Pleasanton Summer Wine Stroll
Over 30 downtown locations will become tasting rooms from 5 – 8 pm for Pleasanton’s Annual Summer Wine Stroll, a popular Tri-Valley event for more than a dozen years. Come and enjoy a beautiful summer night in downtown Pleasanton sampling wine and tasty bites.  This year musicians will entertain up and down Main Street.
